About Me

I am a AAAI certified personal trainer who makes exercise fun! While getting stronger and enjoying all the health benefits there is to weight lifting, I'll make sure your session is something you look forward to. 

 

I create workouts that are 100% tailored to you and your needs. In addition to giving you an awesome workout, I will work with you to develop a plan so you can work towards your goals throughout the week.

5 Sessions: $315 ($63/hr)
10 Sessions: $600 ($60/hr)

GROUP RATES:

BEGINNER PACKAGE

Whether you're a complete newbie or just getting back into working out, the beginner  program is a great kick start. We will go back to basics and perfect your form. As you progress, we gradually increase your session length and intensity level.

STRONG AS A MOTHER PACKAGE

This program is for postpartum mothers who have doctor's approval to return to exercise. In this program, we will get you ready to return to all the activities you did pre-baby. We will focus heavily on proper deep core engagement and diphragmatic breathing. We will teach you how to use your new body and check for diastasis recti.

1  HALF HOUR CONSULTATION FOR NEW CLIENTS

2 HALF HOUR WORKOUTS
